2013.4.20國家科(ke)技支撐計劃(hua)課(ke)題---《鋼渣農(nong)業資源化(hua)利用技術(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)與示范》項(xiang)目(mu)啟動會(hui)在(zai)北京中國農(nong)業科(ke)學(xue)院召開。公(gong)司技術(shu)副總杜迎輝和新型肥料(liao)研(yan)究(jiu)室主任莊鐘(zhong)娟(juan)參加(jia)了會(hui)議。
該項目(mu)由國際硅肥(fei)專(zhuan)家(jia)、中(zhong)(zhong)國農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)院梁永超(chao)博士主持(chi)。項目(mu)參加單位(wei)有領(ling)先生(sheng)物農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)股份有限公(gong)司(si)、中(zhong)(zhong)國農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)院農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)與農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)區劃研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所、黑龍江省(sheng)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)院土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)肥(fei)料與環境資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所、石(shi)河子大學(xue)、湖南省(sheng)土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)肥(fei)料研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所。鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)中(zhong)(zhong)含有多種(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)微量(liang)元素,而(er)且含量(liang)高(gao),利(li)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)制成(cheng)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)能(neng)夠為土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)和農(nong)(nong)(nong)作物提供(gong)有益的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)微量(liang)元素,具(ju)有施用簡單、低投入(ru)高(gao)產(chan)(chan)出(chu)的(de)(de)優(you)點,但有些(xie)來源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)重(zhong)(zhong)金屬含量(liang)超(chao)標,存(cun)在土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)環境污染的(de)(de)隱(yin)患。本(ben)項目(mu)的(de)(de)實施研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)將(jiang)解決鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)技術問題(ti),對(dui)形成(cheng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)料產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye),緩(huan)解農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)嚴重(zhong)(zhong)缺硅、鈣、鐵(tie)、錳等元素的(de)(de)現狀起到積極促進(jin)作用,并將(jiang)提高(gao)作物的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)與品(pin)質(zhi),增加農(nong)(nong)(nong)民收入(ru),而(er)且對(dui)煉鐵(tie)、煉鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)廢棄物再利(li)用具(ju)有重(zhong)(zhong)要意(yi)義。啟動會邀請了中(zhong)(zhong)國農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)大學(xue)、中(zhong)(zhong)國鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)研(yan)(yan)(yan)科技集團公(gong)司(si)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵(tie)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)總院、中(zhong)(zhong)國農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)院等單位(wei)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)家(jia)對(dui)項目(mu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)方案進(jin)行了評(ping)議,專(zhuan)家(jia)們提出(chu)了很多建設性和中(zhong)(zhong)肯的(de)(de)意(yi)見(jian)。鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發是農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)和煉鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)次結合(he),該項目(mu)將(jiang)是肥(fei)料生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)一大突破,具(ju)有廣(guang)闊(kuo)的(de)(de)應用前景(jing)。
