該項(xiang)目(mu)由國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際硅肥(fei)專(zhuan)家、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)梁永超(chao)博(bo)士主(zhu)持。項(xiang)目(mu)參(can)加單位有(you)領先生物農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)股份有(you)限公司、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)資源與農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)區劃研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)、黑龍江省(sheng)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)土壤(rang)(rang)肥(fei)料與環(huan)境(jing)資源研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)、石河子大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、湖(hu)南省(sheng)土壤(rang)(rang)肥(fei)料研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)。鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)中(zhong)含有(you)多種中(zhong)微(wei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)元素(su),而且(qie)含量(liang)(liang)(liang)高(gao),利(li)(li)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)制(zhi)成的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)能夠為土壤(rang)(rang)和(he)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)作(zuo)物提供有(you)益的(de)中(zhong)微(wei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)元素(su),具有(you)施(shi)用(yong)簡(jian)單、低投入(ru)高(gao)產(chan)出的(de)優點,但有(you)些(xie)來源的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)重金屬含量(liang)(liang)(liang)超(chao)標(biao),存在土壤(rang)(rang)環(huan)境(jing)污染(ran)的(de)隱患。本(ben)項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)實(shi)施(shi)研(yan)究(jiu)將解決鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)資源利(li)(li)用(yong)的(de)關鍵技(ji)(ji)術問題,對形成鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)料產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye),緩解農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)土壤(rang)(rang)嚴重缺硅、鈣、鐵、錳等(deng)元素(su)的(de)現狀起到(dao)積極促進作(zuo)用(yong),并(bing)將提高(gao)作(zuo)物的(de)產(chan)量(liang)(liang)(liang)與品質(zhi),增加農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)民收入(ru),而且(qie)對煉(lian)鐵、煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)廢棄物再利(li)(li)用(yong)具有(you)重要意義。啟動會邀請了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)鋼(gang)(gang)研(yan)科技(ji)(ji)集(ji)團公司鋼(gang)(gang)鐵研(yan)究(jiu)總院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)單位的(de)專(zhuan)家對項(xiang)目(mu)研(yan)究(jiu)方案進行了評(ping)議,專(zhuan)家們(men)提出了很(hen)多建設性和(he)中(zhong)肯的(de)意見。鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)的(de)研(yan)發是農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)和(he)煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)次結合(he),該項(xiang)目(mu)將是肥(fei)料生產(chan)的(de)一大(da)突破,具有(you)廣闊的(de)應用(yong)前景。
