2010年6月27日(ri)~6月28日(ri)，在中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)農(nong)科院范炳全研究(jiu)(jiu)員等陪同下，美(mei)國(guo)農(nong)業部貝爾(er)茨(ci)維爾(er)農(nong)業研究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)可(ke)持(chi)續農(nong)業系統實驗(yan)室(Sustainable Agricultural Systems Laboratory, Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, USDA-Agricultural Research Service)的(de)微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)學家(jia)羅伯茨(ci)博士(Dr. Daniel Roberts)對秦皇島(dao)領(ling)先(xian)(xian)科技(ji)發展(zhan)有限公(gong)(gong)司進(jin)行了(le)友好(hao)訪問，訪問期間Dr. Daniel Roberts參觀(guan)了(le)領(ling)先(xian)(xian)科技(ji)公(gong)(gong)司的(de)農(nong)用微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)菌劑生(sheng)(sheng)產基地和河(he)北省生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)新能(neng)源工程技(ji)術研究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)，并(bing)在研究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)報告(gao)廳做了(le)題(ti)為"Impact of  the spermosphere and rhizosphere environment on performance of bacterial biological control agents "的(de)學術報告(gao)，Dr. Daniel Roberts和研究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)的(de)研究(jiu)(jiu)人員、領(ling)先(xian)(xian)科技(ji)公(gong)(gong)司的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產技(ji)術人員就美(mei)國(guo)和中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)防微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)研究(jiu)(jiu)及(ji)應用現狀(zhuang)進(jin)行了(le)座談、交流。Dr. Daniel Roberts高度評價了(le)領(ling)先(xian)(xian)科技(ji)發展(zhan)有限公(gong)(gong)司在農(nong)用微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)菌劑產業化方面所(suo)做的(de)工作。
