5月5日(ri),由西北農(nong)林科技大學牽(qian)頭(tou)承擔(dan)十四五(wu)國家重點研發計劃“黃土(tu)高原旱作適水(shui)改土(tu)與(yu)產(chan)能(neng)提升技術(shu)模式及應用”項目(mu)啟動會暨項目(mu)實(shi)施方(fang)案論證會以線上線下相結合的方(fang)式召開。領先生物農(nong)業股份(fen)有限(xian)公司作為課題二“黃土(tu)高原旱作適水(shui)改土(tu)關(guan)鍵產(chan)品研發及應用技術(shu)”承擔(dan)單位,應邀參(can)會。

會(hui)上,房玉林(lin)(lin)代表西(xi)北農(nong)(nong)林(lin)(lin)科技大(da)學對(dui)與會(hui)領導和專家表示(shi)(shi)歡(huan)迎,對(dui)項目(mu)主(zhu)管(guan)部(bu)(bu)門(men)給與學校的(de)信任和各(ge)兄弟單位對(dui)項目(mu)的(de)支持(chi)表示(shi)(shi)感謝。科技部(bu)(bu)魏勤芳從項目(mu)管(guan)理(li)的(de)角度(du)提(ti)出了(le)相關意見,杜萌對(dui)對(dui)項目(mu)后期(qi)的(de)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出了(le)十條具體(ti)建議(yi),并表示(shi)(shi)會(hui)全力支持(chi)項目(mu)順利實(shi)(shi)施(shi)。陜西(xi)省農(nong)(nong)業廳(ting)羅建強、科技廳(ting)郭杰表示(shi)(shi)將做好服(fu)務工(gong)作(zuo),按照(zhao)科技部(bu)(bu)要求(qiu)加強項目(mu)的(de)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)管(guan)理(li),在資源統籌(chou),政(zheng)策協(xie)調等方面做好保障(zhang)工(gong)作(zuo)。
項(xiang)(xiang)目負責(ze)人(ren)趙(zhao)西寧研究(jiu)員匯報(bao)了(le)(le)項(xiang)(xiang)目的整體(ti)(ti)情(qing)況。課題二(er)負責(ze)人(ren)肖艷對承擔的“黃土高原(yuan)旱作適(shi)水改土關鍵產品研發及(ji)(ji)應用技術”課題從(cong)背景、研究(jiu)目標(biao)及(ji)(ji)內(nei)容、技術路線(xian)、實(shi)施方案、預期成果、考核指標(biao)、進度安排(pai)及(ji)(ji)研究(jiu)團隊等(deng)方面(mian)進行了(le)(le)詳細(xi)匯報(bao)。咨詢專家組對項(xiang)(xiang)目研究(jiu)內(nei)容及(ji)(ji)其實(shi)施方案表示(shi)肯定(ding),并從(cong)因地制宜、產品聚(ju)焦(jiao)、課題銜接(jie)與協調、產品應用經濟性等(deng)方面(mian)提出了(le)(le)建議(yi)。
十(shi)四五”國(guo)家重點研(yan)發計劃“黃土(tu)高(gao)原旱(han)作適水(shui)(shui)(shui)改土(tu)與產(chan)能提(ti)升技術(shu)模式及應用”項(xiang)目(mu)由(you)西(xi)北農(nong)林科(ke)(ke)(ke)技大(da)學(xue)、中(zhong)國(guo)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)環境與可持續發展研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)、中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)、全國(guo)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)技術(shu)推廣服(fu)務中(zhong)心、甘肅省農(nong)業(ye)(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)院(yuan)旱(han)地(di)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)、甘肅農(nong)業(ye)(ye)大(da)學(xue)、山西(xi)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)大(da)學(xue)等7家高(gao)校與科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)院(yuan)所(suo)和領先生(sheng)物(wu)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)股(gu)份有(you)限公司(si)、陜西(xi)糧(liang)農(nong)集(ji)團有(you)限責任公司(si)、陜西(xi)地(di)建土(tu)地(di)工(gong)程技術(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)有(you)限責任公司(si)等3家企業(ye)(ye)共同承擔。項(xiang)目(mu)的啟動(dong)對落實(shi)“藏糧(liang)于(yu)地(di),藏糧(liang)于(yu)技”戰略,保障(zhang)該區糧(liang)食安全和重要農(nong)產(chan)品(pin)有(you)效供給具有(you)重要的戰略意(yi)義(yi)。
