2013.4.20國家科技(ji)(ji)支撐計劃課題---《鋼渣農(nong)業(ye)(ye)資(zi)源(yuan)化利用技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研究與示(shi)范》項目啟(qi)動會在北京中國農(nong)業(ye)(ye)科學院召(zhao)開。公司技(ji)(ji)術(shu)副總杜迎輝和新型肥料研究室主任莊鐘娟參加了會議。
該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)由國(guo)(guo)際硅(gui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)專(zhuan)家、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)院梁永超博士(shi)主持。項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)參加單位有領先(xian)生物(wu)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)股(gu)份有限公司、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)院農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)資(zi)源(yuan)與農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)區劃研(yan)(yan)(yan)究所(suo)、黑龍(long)江省農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)院土壤(rang)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)料(liao)與環(huan)境資(zi)源(yuan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究所(suo)、石河子大學(xue)、湖(hu)南省土壤(rang)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)料(liao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究所(suo)。鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)中(zhong)含(han)有多種中(zhong)微量元(yuan)素,而且(qie)含(han)量高,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)制(zhi)成的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)能(neng)夠為(wei)土壤(rang)和農(nong)(nong)(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)提(ti)供有益的(de)中(zhong)微量元(yuan)素,具有施用(yong)(yong)(yong)簡單、低投入高產(chan)出(chu)的(de)優(you)點(dian),但有些來(lai)源(yuan)的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)重(zhong)金屬含(han)量超標(biao),存在(zai)土壤(rang)環(huan)境污(wu)染的(de)隱患。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)實施研(yan)(yan)(yan)究將(jiang)解(jie)決鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)資(zi)源(yuan)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)關鍵技術問題,對(dui)形成鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)料(liao)產(chan)業(ye),緩解(jie)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)土壤(rang)嚴重(zhong)缺(que)硅(gui)、鈣(gai)、鐵、錳等元(yuan)素的(de)現狀(zhuang)起到積極促進(jin)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),并將(jiang)提(ti)高作(zuo)物(wu)的(de)產(chan)量與品質,增加農(nong)(nong)(nong)民(min)收入,而且(qie)對(dui)煉鐵、煉鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)廢棄物(wu)再利用(yong)(yong)(yong)具有重(zhong)要意義。啟動會邀請(qing)了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)大學(xue)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)研(yan)(yan)(yan)科(ke)(ke)技集團公司鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵研(yan)(yan)(yan)究總院、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)院等單位的(de)專(zhuan)家對(dui)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究方案進(jin)行了評議,專(zhuan)家們提(ti)出(chu)了很多建設性和中(zhong)肯的(de)意見。鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)渣(zha)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發是農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)和煉鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)業(ye)的(de)次結合,該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)將(jiang)是肥(fei)(fei)(fei)料(liao)生產(chan)的(de)一大突破,具有廣闊的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)前景。
